How It Works – Win/Win
My goal is to find a structure that is beneficial to both of us for a win/win. Your goal is to become educated and feel confident in purchasing investment property to get you on the path to financial success and freedom, so that’s my goal as well. Full list of how I can help you with real estate and achieving financial freedom. You pay a reasonable up front fee and get access to me personally as your one on one coach. When we work together and you buy a house, I’ll collect a small referral fee from the seller’s real estate agent. This is how I can keep my costs to you as low as possible.
Some clients prefer a flat fee while others prefer hourly, so below are the two options for my real estate investment coach pricing.

Option 1: Flat Fee
You get unlimited access to me as your coach, within reason, for up to 6 months. This is plenty of time for education/coaching, analyzing investment properties, and making a purchase. With each house we buy together, my fee is discounted further as you’ll require less training. Fair right? After 4 houses purchased together I consider you a graduate. I will continue crunching numbers on investment properties on my own time and will occasionally send you deal opportunities to consider as you keep building your portfolio. You still get the $200 cash back rebate with each purchase. How’s that for a deal!?

Option 2: Hourly
Purchase some coaching time below and I’ll keep track of it on your account. This time can be used for whatever you feel will provide you with the most value to you, and in the communication style you prefer such as video or voice call, email, or text.
