If I started over, would I hire myself?  Absolutely in a heartbeat. 

Depends on many factors including your goals and what you’re looking to get out of coaching, finances, and time horizon.  I’m able to add value to your journey towards financial freedom for multiple years, but the duration is really up to you. My recommendation is we meet 1-2 times per month month for 3-6 months at a minimum so I can fast track you to your goals.

I make myself available to you as much as possible using your preferred digital communication method. Video calls, phone calls, text, or email. 

For our scheduled meetings I prefer a Google Meet video call.

If you have prepaid time purchased, you’re welcome to text me at your convenience and I just charge a ten minute minimum. 

My goal is for you to get far more value out of our sessions than the cost.  For pricing please check the pricing page .

Because my clients’ situations and needs are so different from one another, a standard “package” won’t add maximum value to you. So pricing is on an hourly basis with a ten minute minimum, and the meeting time is prepaid through the website.

There are plenty of lessons to be learned while already having rental property, and they’re much different than when you were just getting started. If you’re managing your own rental properties, we will spend more time talking about property management alongside growing and optimizing your portfolio as you near your goals.

Invest as much as you can, yes. My goal is to add far more value to you than the fee, and I’m confident I can do that.
